Being Still IS Praising God

Praising God is just a matter of quieting oneself.

Psalms 117:1 O praise the LORD, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.

Still: To refrain from moving and be calm

Psalms 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
