Losing Life

Exercise obedience; find Wisdom.

Find Wisdom, find life.

Save life, lose it.

Lose life, find it.

The time to lose life is when the choice to lay it down still exists rather than having it taken at judgment.

Losing this life must be chosen with conviction; it is accomplished through relentless obedience to the Lord, replacing temporal appetites for this life with spiritual appetites for the eternal.

He rewards those who diligently seek to know Him with wisdom; and wisdom cannot be compared with anything:

She is that important because she holds the keys of the door to godliness, and godliness profits both in this life,

And in the life to come.

Psalm 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

Proverbs 8:35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD.

Matthew 16:25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

Ecclesiastes 3:6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

Proverbs 8:4 Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man.

Proverbs 8:6 Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things.

Proverbs 8:11 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.

Proverbs 8:34 Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.

1Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
