Our Desire vs His Will
Many hope God’s plan will align with their desires; but for true followers, His will is their desire.
Psalm 40:8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
Psalm 119:47 And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.
Romans 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
Psalm 37:4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Delight causes desires to become as the One delighted in.
