Joh 3:34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.
Jesus received the full power of the spirit, not just a measure (portion)
But we get portions of faith….
Rom 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
And we get portions of grace…
Eph 4:7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
But why? God is no respecter of persons….
Act 10:34 KJV Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
It is because God set up Spiritual laws that govern His actions:

The law of measures: Spiritual growth is a function of obedience.
