Reading, Understanding & Doing God’s Word
Reading God’s Word is essential. Does it matter how long it takes to finish it? It is better to take multiple years and understand it than to read through every year just to accomplish the task.
Understanding God’s Word is imperative; without understanding, reading is moot.
Doing God’s Word is critical. Without obedience, there can be no sanctification; and relationship is non existent.
Don’t fall into the enemy’s trap; even he knows the Word:
He just doesn’t do it.
Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Matthew 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
2Thessalonians 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
