Don’t miscalculate your relationship with the Heavenly Father.
Many bask in His love and mercy, ignorant of His conditions regarding obedience. His throne is based upon righteousness and judgment:
Psalm 97:2 Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.
Commit to devotions with Him daily, and join your spirit with His (1 Corinthians 6:17); then He will lead and give you understanding of righteousness and judgment.
Psalm 23:3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Proverbs 8:20 I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment:
Proverbs 2:8-9 He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints. Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path.
Pro 12:28 In the way of righteousness is life; and in the pathway thereof there is no death
Don’t settle for a temporary one-sided relationship; invest in a personal and eternal one.
