Acquiring Peace
Many place a high value on peace, but have no understanding of how to acquire it.
Diligently seeking God is the action of authentic faith; through authentic faith we are justified and peace is granted.
God is the advocate for peace to those who please Him, but the wicked will never find it.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
James 3:18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace
Matthew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
