Obedience: the key to the kingdom of God

Loving God is obedience; the first commandment fulfilled.

Obedience begets wisdom;

Wisdom loves self;

Loving self allows capacity to love others; the second commandment fulfilled.

Obedience is loving God, self and others: herein is the love of God perfected.

Loving God is knowing Him, and knowing Him is required.

Eternal life defined: obedience


Mark 12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

Psalm 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
